Electrostatic oiling uses the principle of electrostatic adsorption to adsorb the ultra-fine oil particles of electrostatic antirust oil atomized by two fluids (air and oil pressure) on the high-speed moving flux-cored welding wire to form a uniform and thin oil film. Flux-cored wire electrostatic oiler is composed of high-voltage electrostatic power supply in oiling room, oil supply system, air atomization and oil pressure atomization system, electric control system, control box and compressed air drying system. The oiler is installed horizontally. The tooth-shaped oiled electrode is attached, and the flux-cored welding wire passes through it at high speed. The quantitative oil supply system provides electrostatic anti-rust oil to the atomization system and is atomized by a high-pressure gas atomizing nozzle. The high-voltage power supply outputs a negative DC high voltage, which is applied to the oil-coated rack-shaped electrode. Using the principle of electrostatic tip discharge, a high-voltage electrostatic field is formed between the electrode and the flux-cored welding wire as the grounding electrode. The negatively charged oil mist is atomized three times in the high-voltage electrostatic field and adsorbed on the surface, forming a uniform and thin oil film. Good quality oil. The atomized oil formed under the action of high-voltage electrostatic field covers finely and evenly.
