THP2345
Teslaman THP2345 series of high- power high-voltage power supplies have a low ripple that is better than 0.1%p-p. The interior adopts air insulation mode, with a fast response unit, accurate adjustment and extremely low arc discharge current. It can operate efficiently and reliably in negative resistive load applications such as ion sources.
Typical Application：Pressure resistance test, aging test,etching, coating, semiconductor application, ion source,accelerator.
