   The seabed is different from the land. On land, it is very convenient for us to construct, with low cost, easy maintenance, and it does not matter if we lose some efficiency. And at the bottom of the sea, it all becomes difficult, all the materials are expensive and difficult to maintain. Therefore, higher requirements are also put forward for efficiency.
