In order to exchange and share the research progress and achievements in the fields of high voltage, pulse power, plasma and application in the past two years, the Plasma and Application Professional Committee of China Electrotechnical Society held the "2018 National High Voltage and Discharge Plasma Academic Conference". More than 650 experts and scholars from more than 150 domestic colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, periodicals and business circles attended the conference.
On the morning of October 13th, the opening ceremony of the conference was grandly held at Jiangsu Chenmao New Century Hotel.
