The upgraded version of Teslaman Technology's 40-channel high-voltage system was delivered for use
In the first half of 2015, Teslaman Technology developed a set of high-voltage power supply system; the upgraded version in 2016 can output 40 high-voltage channels at the same time.
The main functions are as follows:
1. μs arc protection: the protection response is 1000 times higher than before. After the actual measurement of 200,000 ignitions, there is no abnormality;
2. Short recovery time after protection: The voltage recovery time is reduced from 500ms to 50ms;
3. Split type: 40 channels of high-voltage power supplies are completely independent, without mutual interference or influence, and with small size and light weight, and a wide range of parameters;
4. High stability: to meet the working conditions of customers working without interruption for 24 hours * 30 days;
5. Humanized design: abnormal alarm function
This time we have done a lot of optimization and improvement on the original basis, as follows:
1. The power supply group can be pushed and pulled, and a group of 4 power supplies are installed in the same machine board, so there is no need to carry out loading and unloading operations in the cabinet with narrow space, and the efficiency is higher;
2. Pluggable high-voltage cables, pluggable cables are convenient for on-site laying, cables are laid at one time without worries, saving a lot of time for cable replacement;
3. The centralized design of the control system solves the problems of cumbersome installation caused by decentralized design in the past, and difficulty in troubleshooting when faults occur;
4. The entire system is clearly divided into multiple subsystems, high-voltage system, cable system, control system, and exception handling system. Easy maintenance and more stable operation
