Teslaman Technology successfully developed 40-channel high-voltage power supply

In the first half of this year, Teslaman Technology developed a high-voltage power supply system, which can output 40 high-voltage channels at the same time. Because of the complex working conditions, the stability of this high-voltage power supply system and the response to abnormal conditions are very demanding. After the unremitting efforts of R&D personnel, compared with foreign power supply Simco, the power supply has achieved the following functions:
1. μs arc protection: the protection response is 1000 times higher than before. After 200,000 times of testing, there is no abnormality, and the protection speed is better than Simco.
 
2. Short recovery time after protection: The recovery time of the voltage is reduced from 500ms to 50ms, that is, after the arc is fired, it only takes 50ms for the voltage to rise from 0 to the set value, which meets the customer's high requirements for long-term maintenance of the electrostatic field. Recovery time is the same as Simco.
 
3. Split type: 40 channels of high-voltage power supplies are completely independent, without interference or influence on each other, and are small in size and light in weight, with a wide range of parameters, and a single channel can reach 30kV 150W. It is convenient for users to transport, install, disassemble and maintain, and the volume is smaller than Simco.
 
4. High stability requirements: This high-voltage power supply system needs to work 24 hours a day without interruption. The user has tested 40 high-voltage power supplies on site, and it is not bad for 72 hours under the condition of frequent ignition.
 
5. Humanized design: each channel has an abnormal indicator light, which will automatically mark the abnormal state of this channel of high-voltage power supply after ignition. There is an abnormal alarm on the top, any abnormality will be alarmed, and the normal working state will be restored after all the abnormality has been dealt with reasonably.
